Terms & Conditions

1. The Booking

Your contract is with NovixatravelsIndia. A contract exists when we have confirmed your booking via email or other written communication. By proceeding with your booking, you and the other travelers in your party agree to our terms and conditions and enter a binding agreement.

2. Deposit

A 40% deposit of the total cost per person is required upon confirmation of your booking to secure the services. This is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

3. Payment

Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or online payment gateways. Credit card payments will include a 3% processing fee. Full payment is required if booking is made within 10 working days of the travel date.

4. Balance

Full balance must be paid 28 days before the service start date. Bookings made within 14 days of departure require immediate full payment. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation with applicable charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

• More than 28 days before departure – Deposit only
• 27-14 days – 50% of total cost
• 13-07 days – 75% of total cost
• 6 days or less – 100% of total cost

6. Modifications to Booking

We will try our best to accommodate changes in travel dates, accommodations, or services. However, changes are subject to availability and additional costs.

7. Our Liability

NovixatravelsIndia is not liable for services or delays caused by third-party providers including hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc. We are also not liable for issues due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, etc.

8. Complaints

In case of any concerns during your trip, please inform our local representative immediately. If not resolved, written complaints must be submitted within 28 days of the trip’s end. Disputes will fall under Indian jurisdiction.

9. Passports & Visas

All travelers are responsible for having a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and necessary visas before travel. NovixatravelsIndia can assist in the visa application process upon request.

10. Health

Travelers with contagious diseases are not allowed to travel. Any such condition found during the tour will require the traveler to exit the trip at their own cost.

11. Check-In / Check-Out Policy

Standard check-in/out times are 12:00 PM IST. Early check-in/late checkout requests are subject to hotel policies and availability, and not included in tour cost unless specified.

12. Extra Use of Vehicles

Our transportation is only for scheduled transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary. Extra usage will incur additional charges.

13. Itinerary Changes

NovixatravelsIndia reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, operational reasons, or events beyond our control for the safety and comfort of our customers.

14. Surcharges

Prices are subject to change in case of increases in fuel prices, airfare, or government taxes. Any increase beyond 2% will be added to the final bill.

NovixatravelsIndia strives to maintain accurate information and service standards. However, we are not responsible for third-party changes, inaccuracies, or miscommunications beyond our control.
